The main thing you need to do to prepare for a teletherapy appointment is to ensure that you have a private space. You also want to ensure that your device has high-speed internet and a camera. When you schedule an appointment, we will provide you with the HIPAA-compliant link to participate in your appointment. During your virtual visit, you will meet with your provider online through your smartphone or computer. The session will be conducted the same as an in-person session. The provider can also prescribe medications if deemed necessary. Your prescription will be sent to your local pharmacy for same-day pickup.
