Preventative Screening services are usually covered by insurance. However, if you have a large deductible, experience a lapse in coverage or lack insurance, we provide self-pay options. Please note that a $50 fee will be charged if less than 24 hours' notice is given for a cancellation. Call 804-533-7444 ext 1 to ask about in-office appointments.

Cancellation Policy

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: This policy has been established to help us serve you better. We must make appointments to see our patients as efficiently as possible. No-shows and late cancellations cause problems beyond a financial impact on our practice. When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another patient. No-shows and late cancellations delay the delivery of healthcare to other patients. A "no-show" is missing a scheduled appointment without calling us to cancel 24 hours before your appointment. A charge of $50.00 will be assessed for each no-show visit appointment if less than a 24-hour notice is given. Please understand that insurance companies consider this charge entirely the patient's responsibility.
