About The Exam
An independent medical exam is not covered by insurance. Our rates for IMEs and Medical Opinions depend on the number of records that must be reviewed and the complexity of the case.

What Is An Independent Medical Exam?
At Be Healthy & Well, licensed professionals provide specialized services to support medical documentation, evaluations, and certifications, including independent medical evaluations designed to complement patient-centered care.
What Is Needed To Complete The Exam?
A copy of available medical evidence is needed to complete the exam. Records may be obtained from primary and specialty care providers. Copies of claim related medical records are also useful.
Is The Exam Covered By Insurance?
Independent medical exams (IMEs) are not covered by insurance. Rates depend on record review and case complexity, require prepayment, and must be approved by a nurse practitioner—typically the same day. Email info@bhealthynwell.com to request a fee schedule.
