When addressing weight management, it's important to consider a range of factors, including genetic predisposition, metabolism, gender, age, hormone imbalances, sleep patterns, mental health, stress levels, and other medical conditions. Additionally, external factors such as work schedules, financial pressures, societal influences, and environmental cues can significantly affect weight management. There is no one-size-fits-all solution for successful long-term weight loss, and a personalized approach using a combination of strategies and tools may be necessary to achieve sustainable results.

 

We offer a comprehensive weight management evaluation, which includes a detailed review of your medical and weight history, an analysis of your nutrition and exercise status, and other factors contributing to weight gain. Additionally, laboratory studies and EKG or heart studies may be necessary.

 

We also provide an initial weight loss plan and ongoing re-evaluation and adjustment of your plan to incorporate the right tools that work for you. We can also initiate and adjust medications to assist with weight loss if needed. Medical records, lab work,  and an EKG  may be required before prescribing a weight loss medication.
