Service Description

Behavioral Health services are typically covered by insurance. However, a $50 holding fee is required to secure the appointment. The fee will be maintained if a 24-hour cancellation notice is not provided and copayment or cost share fees will be applied. Virtual medication management services may include motivational interviewing, medication management, screenings - if applicable, and a comprehensive evaluation with subsequent follow-up assessments. General medicine visits incur an additional charge starting at $90, but add-on services such as lab review, medication refills, imaging follow-up, referrals, and care coordination may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy: This policy has been established to help us serve you better. We must make appointments to see our patients as efficiently as possible. No-shows and late cancellations cause problems beyond a financial impact on our practice. When an appointment is made, it takes an available time slot away from another patient. No-shows and late cancellations delay the delivery of healthcare to other patients. A "no-show" is missing a scheduled appointment without calling us to cancel 24 hours before your appointment. A charge of $50.00 will be assessed for each no-show visit appointment if less than a 24-hour notice is given. Please understand that insurance companies consider this charge entirely the patient's responsibility.
