Medical Cannabis Evaluation Cost
Please note that Medical Cannabis Evaluations are not covered by insurance. All charges below include an evaluation for treatment appropriateness and an electronic certification.​

$180 for medical cannabis consultation and electronic submission of the recommendation to the Board of Health Professions for an electronic certification.

$100 for a re- evaluation including an evaluation and electronic certification.
